取一片薄饼皮对半切开,备用。Cut a popiah wrapper in half and set it aside.
先将年糕沾上鸡蛋液,再沾杏仁碎,放入薄饼皮上包好,用面糊黏好封口。放入热油中转小火炸至酥脆呈金黄色,捞起沥油。Dip the Nian Gao strips in the beaten egg, then coat them in the almond crumbs. Place the Nian Gao strips in the popiah wrapper and seal with the batter. Fry in hot oil over low heat until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain the oil.
淋上适量蜜糖即可享用。Drizzle with honey to taste and serve.
